1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern the relationship between VPNET (the "Service") and the user (the "User").

1.2. By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read these Terms and accept them in full.

1.3. If the User does not agree with the Terms, they must stop using the Service.

2.1. The Service provides the User with access to a VPN service based on the VLESS + REALITY protocol to ensure secure and private access to the internet.

2.2. The Service is provided on a paid basis in accordance with the selected plan.

3.1. The User undertakes to use the Service exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with the legislation of their country and international law.

3.2. The User agrees not to use the Service for:

• Distribution of malicious software, viruses, or other harmful code
• Conducting illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, hacking, or unauthorized access to systems
• Violating the rights of third parties, including copyright and intellectual property rights
• Distributing spam, phishing, or other forms of unwanted communications
• Any other activities that violate applicable laws and regulations

4.1. The User bears full responsibility for all actions performed using the Service.

4.2. The User is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.

4.3. The User acknowledges that the Service does not bear responsibility for how the User uses the Service and for any consequences arising from such use.

5.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

5.2. The Service is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

5.3. The Service reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for Users who violate these Terms or applicable laws.
